    Additionally, purchasing a newly constructed home has many benefits. Unfortunately, one inconvenience that is associated with new construction is the ongoing challenge of noise, traffic, debris and trash. Many of these issues are simply the nature of construction. However, the HOA works closely with builders to be proactive in cleaning the streets and areas surrounding new home builds and will continue to be proactive in this area. We do ask to please bear with us during this initial construction phase.
