Amenities
The amenities within Waterscape are for the exclusive use of residents. The Amenity Center is available to reserve for private gatherings . When renting the Amenity Center, access to the center and patio are included. Guests will not have access to the pool facilities. The Pool Pavilion area is not available to rent.
The amenity center, pool and restrooms are locked at all times. Each household is given one key fob, which will be provided upon receipt of a signed agreement. Replacement and/or additional key fobs are available for a fee of $25, check or money order only. (Made payable to Waterscape HOA). To obtain an additional or replacement key fob, contact your General Manager, Amy Swilley - amy.swilley@fsresidential.com.
